New Player Interest Form

Metacomet select lacrosse has a formal summer program and a less formal "off season" fall/winter program. Tryouts are held for the summer program in April. To register for the tryouts click here and follow the instructions.

The fall/winter program does not have tryouts. Players interested in playing on one of the teams during the fall season, or would like more information about Metacomet Select Lacrosse, should fill out the following form, and will be contacted by one of the coaches. We are forming teams for players with High School Year of graduaton 2008 through 2014.
