Sarah MacDonald recently played lacrosse for the Division 1 University of Oregon “Ducks”. Despite two major injuries and red-shirting a year, she appeared in over 70 games for the Ducks.  Prior to enrolling at Oregon, Sarah earned 11 letters in four varsity sports at the Lincoln School in Providence, RI.  She was a five-time All-State athlete, three times in Lacrosse.  Sarah was also a two-time All-American athlete, earning First Team Honors in 2004, and Second Team Honors in 2005.

Sarah played club lacrosse for Mass Elite and CTLF, traveling to Australia with the CTLF team in 2004.  She appeared in the US Lacrosse Women’s Division National High School Tournament three times, earning a Lower New England Team 1 berth in 2004. Sarah was selected as an All-Star in the Senior Division in 2005 and played in the North-South game at the National Tournament. 

This spring she coached the Eugene High School varsity lacrosse team.  Sarah will graduate from the University of Oregon in the spring of 2011 with a double major in Political Science and Elementary Education.
